![]() | Survived by his wife of 33 years, Sharon; his 3 children, Guy, Jillian & Lauren and her loving husband Quintin; his 3 grandchildren, Tammy, Daniel & Caitlyn; his mom, Jean Anne Winifred & his younger brother Keith. A man who truly never stopped thinking, learning and appreciating the wonders that the world offers to us mere mortals. Dad, we will miss you, but we will never forget you. You and mommy cultivated a hunger for knowledge in me that will never be satisfied. As long as I live I will keep trying to learn as much as I can about anything and everything. Thank you. My favourite story from when I was a wee little innocent (yes I was innocent once-upon-a-time) baby was when my dad was trying to give me a bottle. Now anyone who knows me will know that my eating habits are painful. I am not all that fond of food in general. My dad tried in vain to get me to take that bottle, but I would not budge. Eventually he cut the end of the teet off, put the teet in my mouth and squeezed the bottle. Needless to say I took that bottle and had milk coming out my nose while my eyes bulged like saucers. The things parents have to do for the co-operation from their children. |
